Setting Lake Cottage Owners Association

Setting Lake Cottage Owners Association maintains the subdivision’s network of access roads, fourteen kilometers in total.

Cabin owners share a common interest and commitment to Setting Lake’s roads. Costs for maintaining the condition and safety, grading and snow plowing is shared equally by cabin owners through a portion of the annual levy. The association receives no financial support from any government department.
