Fire Department Meeting

Meeting to include:

• Unloading the new water tank into the fire hall

• Unloading sprinklers, pumps and equipment to the fire hall

• Begin new training regime to start at square one for all firefighter led by IFSTA manuals and a training plan

We will also be clarifying the activities for the May 26, 2024 Wildfire Preparation Day which include:

• Wildfire Manitoba clearing out a wide area around the Fire Hall

• Wildfire Manitoba demonstrating pruning methodology

• Work bee for volunteers hauling brush to dump

• Wildfire Manitoba installing the sprinklers to protect the Fire Hall and Setting Lake Fire Department learning what is required

• BBQ for volunteers and workers

• Information regarding Fire Smart

• Door Prizes and more…
